Embodying Wellbeing
We will be learning skills on how to self-regulate which builds our resilience. Ways to stabilise our emotions that helps us to know our selves more deeply and  feel more confident expressing ourselves in the world.


Mindfulness Meditation

This age-old practice helps us to cultivate our inner peace and ability to focus on the present moment. Practising stillness and quiet is essential for our wellbeing and quality of life. 

The Teachers
Rita Young is a Somatic Psychotherapist with 20 years experience. She is a meditation practitioner who has been teaching Mindfulness for more than 10 years. Her teaching style is light, easy and relaxed, which makes learning fun.

Vasi Alvanos ia Somatic Psychotherapist and Bodyworker who has been in private practice for 20 years. Vasi teaches how to rest deeply as a foundational practice. She believes this is essential for being happier in your everyday life and building richer relationships.
