The Teachers
Rita Youngis a Somatic Psychotherapist with 20 years experience. She is a meditation practitioner who has been teaching Mindfulness for more than 10 years. Her teaching style is light, easy and relaxed, which makes learning fun.
Vasi Alvanosis a Somatic Psychotherapist and Bodyworker who has been in private practice for 20 years. Vasi teaches how to rest deeply as a foundational practice. She believes this is essential for being happier in your everyday life and building richer relationships.
